Warranty on products:
We provide a 6 months warranty for all watches sold. Defective watch must be returned with a note indication the defect on the watch and please get a return merchandise number from us before your send the item back. A replacement or repair will be sent at no charge to you.
Refunds & Returns:
1. If you don’t like the watch when you receive it. We accept exchange. The return watch must be unused. No links can be removed and it should be wrapped well.
The exchange watch will be shipped when we get back the return watch. We only accept one time exchange.
Refunds if offered will be issued for the 100% total amount of the purchase product only less the transaction fees.
Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.
All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your account or payment method within 48 hours of received. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
2. Full refund will be done if the watch is seized in custom. When we get the confirm from the courier, we will send you new one or we will refund as soon as possible(Refund money will be deducted our shipping cost, payment charges and 5% watch cost as restocking fees).
